File name format:

yyjjjccc.iii where yy=year, jjj=julian_date, iii=instrument_data, ccc=instrument_filter_function_used

(i.e. the data from spectral instrument iii was convolved with the filters functions from instrument ccc)
(i.e. A file extension of ".irr" means that the ccc instrument data was used and correct times were pulled 
out to match spectral instruments).
