The ISIS data in this directory (/pub/ftp/data/isis/1995-2001/) are the original
archive of 15-minute and hourly data files from NOAA Air Resources Laboratory's 
Atmospheric Turbulence and Diffusion Division (ATDD) in Oak Ridge, TN.  SRRB
took over operation of the ISIS network in early 2002, and changed the data
format to more closely match our existing SURFRAD format:  3-minute averages of
1-second data.  These historical data are included here for those interested
in long-term data from the ISIS sites.
