     In order to use GLOBALVIEW-CO as it was intended,
     users should read and understand the on-line documentation
     found at

         http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/globalview/.

     It is also highly recommended that users consult the
     relevant published literature (a partial list is provided
     on the GLOBALVIEW-CO "Reference" web page.

     The techniques used to construct GLOBALVIEW-CO are continuing 
     to be refined.  Comments regarding clarity and ease-of-use of 
     this product are encouraged.  Please send comments to the e-mail 
     address provided below and found elsewhere on the website.

     The GLOBALVIEW-CO data product is subject to change as members
     of the Cooperative Atmospheric Data Integration Project reserve
     the right to adjust individual measurement records based
     on recalibrations of reference gases and instruments.

     The current release of GLOBALVIEW-CO is available on 

          (a)  World Wide Web access at 
               http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/globalview/.

          (b)  Internet via anonymous FTP to
               aftp.cmdl.noaa.gov, Path: products/globalview/co.  To
               retrieve GLOBALVIEW-CO, execute the following FTP
               command sequence:

               ftp> binary
               ftp> cd products/globalview/co/gv_co
               ftp> mget *
               ftp> bye

               OR

               The file "gv_co.tar.gz" is a zipped tar file
               containing all of the files in the 'gv_co'
               directory.  In this case, execute the following:

               ftp> binary
               ftp> cd products/globalview/co
               ftp> get gv_co.tar.gz
               ftp> bye

               Then on your system:

               $ gunzip gv_co.tar.gz
               $ tar xvf gv_co.tar

               The file "gv_co.zip" is a zipped file
               containing all of the files in the 'gv_co'
               directory.  Transfer to local system and "unzip".
