     In order to use GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13 as it was intended,
     users should read and understand the on-line documentation
     found at

     It is also highly recommended that users consult the
     relevant published literature (a partial list is provided
     on the GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13 "Reference" web page.

     The techniques used to construct GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13 are continuing 
     to be refined.  Comments regarding clarity and ease-of-use of 
     this product are encouraged.  Please send comments to the e-mail

     The GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13 data product is subject to change as members
     of the Cooperative Atmospheric Data Integration Project reserve

     The current release of GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13 is available on 

          (a)  World Wide Web access at

          (b)  Internet via anonymous FTP to
               aftp.cmdl.noaa.gov, Path: products/globalview/co2c13.  To
               retrieve GLOBALVIEW-CO2C13, execute the following FTP
               command sequence:

               ftp> binary
               ftp> cd products/globalview/co2c13/gv_co2c13
               ftp> mget *
               ftp> bye

               OR

               The file "gv_co2c13.tar.gz" is a zipped tar file
               containing all of the files in the 'gv_co2c13'
               directory.  In this case, execute the following:

               ftp> binary
               ftp> cd products/globalview/co2c13
               ftp> get gv_co2c13.tar.gz
               ftp> bye

               Then on your system:

               $ gunzip gv_co2c13.tar.gz
               $ tar xvf gv_co2c13.tar

               The file "gv_co2c13.zip" is a zipped file
               containing all of the files in the 'gv_co2c13'
               directory.  Transfer to local system and "unzip".
