These are TM5 simulations of CT2019B CO2 fluxes by sector and
region. The sectors are fossil fuel emissions, wildire emission,
non-fire net land-biosphere exchange, and net air-sea gas exchange. The
regions are the 23 Transcom regions spanning the globe. Each simulated
cosamples the same ObsPack data so that the observed seasonal cycle at
each site can be decomposed into contributions from each sector and
region.

Files here are organized by Transcom region. For example,
"SCA_TC_region_3.tar" contains the sector-specific contributions to
each ObsPack dataset from fluxes in Transcom region 3, Tropical South
America. Measurements being sampled for these simulations come from
the composite ObsPack "obspack_co2_1_CT2019_v1.2_2019-08-21", which is
derived mostly from GLOBALVIEW+ version 5.0. See CT2019B documentation
