This is the same as the order they appear in the plots

Overall format is slope,unc x (all yr,sum, win) x gas
so:  slope, unc for all yr, sum, and win are the columns

units:  in slopearr they are pp[x] of tracer per ppm of co2
	in emisarr they are g tracer/yr assuming 1.6 PgC/yr US FF emissions and that ratios in slopearr are valid
	nationally


2. file naming conventions
cff= correlate with fossil co2 enhancement relative to some background (typically high alt), based on 14CO2
co2 = correlate with total co2 enhancement
co2all = as 'co2' but using all available co2 and tracer data, not just those with a correpsonding 14CO2 measurment

years are inclusive:  e.g. 2009 = all available data from year1 *through* Dec 31, 2009
