  ObsPack observation identification string.  Unique across ALL ObsPack data products.  Includes Obspack name, data set name, and ObsPack observation number delimited by a tilde (~).

source_id:
  variable contains a unique id of the form ACTAMERICA-mrg05-c130_merge_20160718_R3_thru20160828.ict~1~200 which reads source dataset~flightno~index, please use this field to cross reference source data for this dataset. This variable comes from obspack_co2_1_GLOBALVIEWplus_v5.0_2019-08-12 created from ICARTT files at https://www-air.larc.nasa.gov/missions/ACT-America/ as of 2019-06-19.

new_source_id:
  variable contains a unique id of the form ACTAMERICA-flag-metadata_B200_20171018_R0.ict~200 which reads source flagging ICARTT dataset~row of data in file, please use this to cross reference the source flagging dataset. These flags come from ICARTT files generated by PSU and were created using merged data in the NASA ACT-AMERICA archive as of 04/19/2019.

  BL_FT_flag: Boundary Layer or Free Troposphere: 0=Aircraft on ground, 1=Boundary Layer, 2=Free Troposphere, -999999=Undetermined
  maneuver_flag: 0 = on_ground, 1 = take_off, 2 = in-line_ascent, 3 = in-line_descent, 4 = spiral_up, 5 = spiral_down, 6 = constant_alt_legs, 7 = landing
  maneuver_flagQC: 0 = indicated low confidence in ManeuverFlag, 1 = no low confidence indicated
