ALL versions of GONGGA have a suspected issue but are included in distributed data. These submissions are excluded from the computed ensemble mean.

For all GONNGA inversions, there is too little CO2 in the lower atmosphere, at all latitudes but especially evident in the high southern latitudes. You can see it in the ATom curtains, in the SPO time series, and in persistent negative biases in withheld data.
