Please apply as
early as possible if you will be required to obtain a visa to attend
the conference. The processing time for visa applications can be
three months or longer (as long as six months in some cases). U.S.
consular officers are now interviewing most applicants as part of the
application process. Some consulates might have backlogs in
scheduling visa interviews. Please contact the consulate to find out

The conference
has been registered with the U.S. Department of State through the
International Visitors Office of The National Academies. The National

Invitation to the conference is required for use in the visa

Secretary by email, fax, or post (The address/fax/email information
