Building near real time models able to assimilate these various observations and to deliver assessment of productivity changes is a tempting way to go. Provided that some data can be left aside to independently evaluate the performances of suc a system (like in operational meteorlogy) The atmospheric concentration data alone do not allow to check on productivity but on net carbon balance Cheers, | Parent
