Patrick Cullis received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University before joining NOAA’s Ozone and Water Vapor group in 2005 working on the digital frostpoint hygrometer. After spending a year stationed at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, Patrick returned to Boulder to work in the ozone balloon lab launching weekly ozonesonde balloons, processing site data, reconditioning instruments, and coordinating purchasing, shipping, and logistics for the 8 NOAA balloon sites.
