data.edit.corr.psap_bond

data.edit.corr.psap_bond applies the Bond 1999 correction to PSAP data.

data.edit.corr.psap_bond can operate as either an independent filter (provided the correct input is given) or as part of the correction chain

Command Line Usage

data.edit.corr.psap_bond [--input=R11] [--neph=S11] 
                         [--spot=x] [--maxgap=time] 
                         [--smooth=TC] [--K1=x] 
                         [--ignorecut]

Arguments

--input=R11

Specify what instrument or record base to use as the input, instead of trying to match what's available. Required if the input stream is ambiguous.

--neph=S11

Specify what instrument/record to get the neph data from.

--spot=x

Set the fraction of the default spot size.

--maxgap=time

Set the maximum gap in seconds before smoothers are cleared.

--smooth=TC

Set time time constant for smoothing.

--K1=x

Set the K1 parameter.

--ignorecut

Ignore cut size switching based on flags.
